Po Lam graduated from Middlebury College in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. At the Center for School Behavioral Health, he mainly works with Dr. DeTore on a virtual reality study aiming to prevent e-cigarette usage and build emotion regulation skills in middle school students. His main research interests include developmental mental health and the treatment of depression, suicidality, and other mood disorders. He hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology in the future.
